I agree. The white supremicists and their hate-spewing anti-American gun wielders are in fact doing their very best to inspire each other to resort to a second intentionally racist civil war, in order to put things back to before the civil war.
The white supremicists are being seditious, they are traitors, and they are doing their very best to destroy the USA, and they are doing so because we have a black president who won't bow to their every wish (gosh, wonder why that would be?) They have deliberately injured the entire country with acknowleged bad economic strategies in order to willfully create more economically disadvantaged people who they feel will be more sympathetic to their destructive intent. They have deliberately forced cuts in environmental protection in order to destroy the land in the areas they regard as fertile ground in order to intentionally create despair and fear in those areas, which they regard as fertile breeding ground for more racist white supremacist soldiers. They are doing everything they can to apply a disastrous Ailinskist strategy to bring down the United States of America and replace it with a white "Christian" Taliban, and yes, those quotes around "Christian" are very much quotes of contempt.
So, how's that for an alternative conspiracy theory to the kooky one in the OP?
Dude your one interracial family doesn't stop centuries of feuding and disagreement.
On a side note. My generation will probably be one of the poorest generations since the 20s and 30s. It will most likely be a result of increasing displacement of workers from new autonomous technologies. Truck drivers, dock workers, factory workers, machinists, etc. will all become things of the past. I predict that 2020 will see rapid unemployment from the new wave of automated technologies. It will take a reasonable amount of time to retrain the work force.
The point being that in the midst of this rapid unemployment, racial demagogues are likely to be abound. I think racial tensions will increase, not decrease. Black people are ripe for it with all the unemployment and poverty. Rural whites are as well. I think middle class Americans will largely dodge this bullet, but poorer Americans will begin to fight one another aggressively. The fall of a nation always starts with poor people descending into madness and anarchy.

It sounds to me like he's saying they made some gains, then turned around and reversed those gains. Hard to say what he means for sure, since his logic is so garbled and his sources are so prejudiced, but it certainly doesn't sound like he's merely saying "they didn't do enough". He is laying blame on them for the fact that racism still exists. Oddly, he lays no responsibility on the Republican Party, whose "Southern Strategy" reversed the racist positions of the two parties in the 1960s more so than anything else, and the result is that the GOP has been the sanctuary of closet (and not-so-closet) racists since that time.
But that doesn't fit with his "evil libruls" narrative, so of course, he ignores it.

I'm up in Vermont on some business a few years back and I'm picking up a few things in the local grocery store and listening to a conversation which I assumed involved theories on race, which sounded sort of like
And this had been going on for six or eight minutes at the point I went to check out and somebody said something or other to me and I replied that there was no shortage of people like they were describing around the D.C. area where I lived, and one of the Vermonters replied:
Those guys had not been talking about blacks at all; they were talking about the cumulative effect of rogue political parties and uncontrolled government programs, and it was clear enough that race was not a factor, and that whites would be affected the same way anybody else is under the same circumstances.
My guess at the time was that they were talking about Burlington, but I'm not even sure of that. This is not about race. It's about what happens when a group of people is deliberately held outside of the normal requirements of working for a living and dealing with other people by a rogue political party which wants them as a kept voting block.
Of course, when the group in question IS visually distinct from the surrounding populace, then other kinds of pathologies and an us vs. them mindset should be expected to set in, particularly when a rogue government ENCOURAGES such developments.

My own take on that is that, were it not such atrocious idea to begin with, you might could make a case for it in the single case of the black man who had a hand in building America early on and was denied a share of the proceeds. Nonetheless pretty much from day one it was obvious that AA was also going to be for Mexicans (who the United states owes exactly nothing), Fiji Islanders (who the United states owes exactly nothing), Taiwanese (who the United states owes exactly nothing), Martians (who the United states owes exactly nothing), women (who are 51% of all people, everywhere), and basically everybody in the universe other than for white males living in the United States.
In other words, rather than ending racism and/or allowing to simply die, democrats and liberals had simply reinvented it with a new victim.
THAT and the green Malthusianism and Gaea worship are the chief reasons I vote against democrats.
