Joe Horn sees two African Hispanic men robbing a neighbor’s house, he call the police on a cell phone, while talking to the Police dispatcher who tells him not to fire, he shoots and kills both, the shooting was witnessed by a plain clothes officer who had responded to his phone call, Horn was not taken into custody.

Erect a chart for when the shots were fired, see Pisces on the Ascendant ruled by Neptune conjunct the Moon in Aquarius in the twelfth house, Uranus is in Pisces in the twelfth, less than four degrees from the asc, Pluto is conjunct Jupiter on the MC, while the Sun and Mercury are in Scorpio in the eighth house, Venus is at home in Libra in the seventh, and Saturn is in Virgo in the sixth, then see Mars in Cancer co ruler of the asc in the fourth house.
