Ok here goes my attempt to decode crazy;

Lipstick is obviously a sexual attractant, it is used by drag Queens, pigs are not kosher, putting lipstick on a pig is the attempt to make something look better than it does natrually. Thus Jews are offended as its refering to getting up close and personal with pigs and its more directed at the homosexual Jewish community as it refers to trying to make something (males) into something else(females)
