Major explosion in downtown Nashville

Plate or no plate the VIN number is usually recoverable in these kinds of exposures. They went to the address really fast.

Police officer at the scene said he walked around the vehicle looking for tags or any other identifiers and didn't see anything.

It sounds like they got a tip from a neighbor that identified the suspect.

I can't, they were found on social media and not credited.

But wait a second...what difference does it make? Are you seriously contending those photographs are staged somehow?

It's clearly 2nd Avenue, between Commerce and Church. Here is a capture from Windows Maps "street view".

I see. Thanks. The pictures were at a different angle than I had seen before. I didn't realize there was so much destruction.

It looks like that building that completely collapsed in was right across the street. It looks like the RV was parked right in front of the entrance to the AT&T building.

CNN is now confirming that the police believe that the remains found in the blast site are those of Anthony Quinn Warner, although they are awaiting final DNA test, and that he wa the "person of interest."

Daily Mail: He was weird and paranoid about 5G and was constantly fiddling with his antenna. Info from the neighbors I suppose.

I don't think I have seen any neighbors actually saying he was into 5G conspiracy theories. The Tennessean interviewed neighbors who said he never talked about politics or religion and never had any political signs on his property. They didn't mention anything about 5G.

We will have to wait to see if there is anything to this or just some assumptions about the neighbor's comments that he sometimes saw the guy messing with an antenna attached to his house.

This is weird. Anthony Quinn Warner's house is less than 3 miles from the house I lived in when I lived in Nashville.

Don't you hate it when you go to blow up a downtown block and your alternator dies en route? Then you're just sitting there in your Death RV with your apocalypse countdown recording blaring like some Ice Cream Truck from Hell?
The truck being looked at today was stopped by a police officer. It's been reported that the driver is in custody.

So the bomber is still at large?

The truck seems to be parked out in the middle of nowhere.

The truck was reported to have been playing similar audio at a convenience store. The truck took off. Someone called police. Police caught up with the truck and pulled it over and detained the driver.

I have not heard anything about what audio the truck was actually playing. It may have been a bad prank or someone misheard something or the radio in the truck was playing a news report that was playing the audio from the truck bomb or any number of things.

My version is more fun, so I feel like we're going with me on this one.

Bravest cop ever or dumbest?

I think it was only "DownTown".

Driver was listening to the local classic rock radio station or the Nuttin' but Petula channel on SiriusXM?

As a fulltime RVer I'm a bit concerned about what attention I and others are in for over the near future. [emoji15]
Pretty sure I won't be blasting my stereo anytime soon. [emoji1]
