Who was it who predicted in early summer that Obama's nomination would be up-ended and Clinton would get the nod? Was that MaGZ, or some other Kookamunga crackpot?

that Ron Paul couldn't win and that either Obama or Hillary would be the next Prez.

McCain was in the single-digits when MaGZ made the post and
shortly after that he raised like a phoenix from the ashes for no
plausible reason. No one would've thought that he could be the
nominee back then.

Thanks for resurrecting this. MaGZ gave hostages to short-term fortune; if we didn't slit their throats now his brave gesture would be rendered meaningless. It's an unpleasant job, but somebody has to do it.

Oh, I never doubted that it was an accurate reflection of what happened. It's the emphasis through repetition, accompanied by catchy music, that inspired my admiration. They took about 10 seconds of video, and stretched it waaaaaay out, all the time keeping it interesting.

Okay, I am not about to defend anything MagZ has ever posted, but who here, 12 months ago predicted an Obama landslide? This is not a trick question, I would just like to see if anyone made an accurate prediction (Oliver's prediction of Obama or Hilary doesn't count).

A day or two later Dennis Kuchinich drops out of the race and makes history by endorsing a candidate in the Republican Party: Ron Paul.

Ron Paul wins in New Hampshire but fails to secure the Republican nomination.

Ron Paul and Dennis Kuchinich run as a ticket on the Unity 08 third party against Mitt Romney and Hillary Clinton.
