What utter cobblers.

My mother is fluent in three languages, and can make herself well understood in two others, and she swears like a trooper when she hurts herself.
 
I used to swear in Gaelic,or some reason I swear in a mixture of English and broad Scots at the moment, can't say as I notice any particular reason to choose either. FWIW.
 
I'm bilingual. The reason I don't swear in Welsh is because Welsh swearwords are rubbish. Welsh kids swear in English, but spelled in Welsh if they write it down. I could demonstrate, but I don't want to get told off for trying to get round the autocensor.

All depends, who around of swearing from a pain bilingual person.
If the bilingual person is polite - he swears in language, not clear to people around him.

If monoculture people, around of a swearing polite bicultural person are not so polite, he swears on clear language to them.
