It's not completely crazy. Let me run through the basic medical features of this being realistic:

He's claiming to have a major yeast infection in his colon combined with a digestive disorder that prevents him from properly digesting a large quantity of simple sugars. He also lacks the gut microbes necessary to take up the slack and digest the sugars before he reaches his colon.

This will result in auto-brewery syndrome. Given the absorbancy of the colon, he's likely in a state of perpetual intoxication, only sobering up when he fasts for a prolonged period. This would actually explain his diet of eating once a week.

It's also possible the auto-brewery syndrome is actually in his intestines (more likely) and he merely has major anal and colon fistulas with a persistent, chronic yeast infection that leads him to believe the alcohol is being produced in his colon.

Another possibility is he lacks the ability for one reason to another to digest complex starches and sugars, but the fistulas in his colon harbor a mold infection similar to koji, which breaks down complex sugars into simpler ones that yeast can digest. This is more plausible from a digestive standpoint, though it does require a symbiotic colony of yeast and a mold or bacteria capable of breaking complex starches into simple sugars. I consider this more likely because a digestive issue that blocked the digestion of simple sugars would likely have killed the subject long ago.

I think we can take it as a given that his grasp of science is questionable at best, so saying he produces "opiates" is a vague, general idea more than a specific statement. For example, Scottish heather generally hosts a powdery fungus called "fogg" that can induce mild hallucinations when ingested, even after being boiled. Since we've already established an extant fungal infection to explain his other claims, mind-altering effects from that infection are not an unreasonable assumption. His claim of producing opiates could just be confusion caused by the persistent intoxication of his auto-brewery syndrome.

Then again, he could be a former employee of this lab:

It would explain a lot if his auto-brewery syndrome is caused by a GMO yeast that also produces opiates.

The presumption of innocence exists only in the criminal area of law.
Oppose this in the civil area of law is valid only the presumption of guilt.

99% cases of Low belong to the civil area of law.

In this area of law citizen must constantly prove his innocence with the help of various documents.

The best universal document will be the opening information from total computer control of each citizen.
Only this way we can achieve the really Constitutional state.

It means that no less than 50% of US citizens share the views of Trump and Putin that you do not like.

In my 7th days I usually 2-3 times a day - totally 3000 kcal.

99.999....9% of possibility that nothing bad will happened with your health.
But from the other side you will be free from your phobia about eating the raw meat and the raw fish.

It is an interesting, but too complicated hypothesis.
Just try not to eat 2 days and within 12 hours you will begin to experience the euphoria as if you used drugs or drank alcohol.

Nope. I've skipped many a day or pair or three in the last year and your experience is not universal.

I suggest a month of probiotics and normal meals.

I see that you have knowledge in this area, to try to make your own hypothesises.

My advice.
If you want really good and deeply understand these topics - do not be afraid to play the role of intellectual experimental rat.
Your time of understanding of the many things you will decrease in this case 10-20 times.

I have no comprehension of what this sentence means.

Regarding the manufacture of alcohol in your colon, as I said before I do not comprehend this either.

If you have been fasting there is nothing in your colon to ferment. That is why they get you to fast for all that time before you have a colonoscopy, (had one of those), so your colon is empty and they can see things.

There are a lot of good reasons competent scientists don't expedient on themselves. For example, it's not possible to objectively assess your own condition, especially when neurological effects are involved. Whatever you're doing to your body is impacting your mind, rendering you incapable of accurately assessing your own condition. You are not a reliable reporter of your progress. That's not an insult but a comment upon the nature of self-experimentation.
