If you said "I don't add salt when cooking or at the table" no-one would be arguing with you. I don't either, and haven't for at least 30 years. Too much salt is bad for you, especially for blood pressure, so it's sensible not to add salt when there's so much salt already in the food we eat. But you keep insisting that you do not eat salt at all, and that is simply nonsense. Salt is present in many foods, and a certain amount is essential for health. If you never ate anything that contained salt you would die.
