For starters, why have everyone learn Hebrew? Personally, I'm more interested in Icelandic because it has a direct connection to My ancestral culture. I have no reason whatsoever to become fluent in a "lord language" pertaining to a foreign religion and a fictional "lord." It would be far more useful to learn Mandarin Chinese or Hindi or Arabic. I don't think you have any hope at all of convincing a majority of the Earth's population to adopt Hebrew.

Well, from what I can get from your communication, you want to create a big country of the US and Europe with its Capitol in Jerusalem. The US and Europe won't do this.

You want people to work 26 weeks a year and have the other 26 weeks for education and creativity. There's simply no way to make this work. That's just too much lost productivity and would destroy social security.

There's something about reading four books and that will fix everything. That's just naive but I suppose reading books won't do much harm.

"United States of Europe" - EU is more advanced social project than US.

I can just add that the person who will live only in weekly symmetrical lifestyle (just one block of my project) will have 26 weeks of creative vacations in a year.
It means that they will have 26 week in a year for as minimum not to do all things they really do not want to do and as maximum to do many things they really want to do.

I am a secular person.
Why you think that I want to make from any country a theocracy state!?
I want to use 26 weeks of creative vacations in a year that gives my project to every person and give to everybody lifelong high multiprofessional education.

To kill total hating between religions and cultures and nations I want to give to all those mostly secular high educated people the knowledge of 4 Books of all 4 world religions in secular form.

Actually that is pretty much my preferred solution of the UK's problem with the house of Lords. Have a system like jury service, but with decent renumeration and the chance to turn it down, otherwise having a fixed term.

It wouldn't be democratically elected so the Commons would still have primacy; it would be far less prone to patronage than the current system, which I think manages to be worse than the hereditary approach. It would probably be more representative of the population than the Commons, so might add a different perspective to modifying legislation.

You are tragically wrong. I stand by My words: I predict that when you eventually die and go to your grave, your plan will still not be implemented. After you are gone, no one will care enough to carry on with your work.

Your plan cannot succeed because you will never raise enough money or support. How much money have you saved up so far? How many world leaders have you convinced? I would wager that the answer is very, very close to "zero money and zero world leaders."
