Loose Change--the Rematch

I'm in! They haven't seen my right-handed whammy hex yet!

I'm away for the next couple of days though, so can't so an emergency debate. :)

As Stewie Griffin once said:

Cooooooooooool

Do we really need Avery in the debate? He didn't say much last time. I guess he could serve as contrast again.

I think id even stretch to watching this on pay-per-view if you set it up with Tonicblue, Skepticalcriticalguy and Pagan (three stooges) Vs Ron and Mark.

Avery can just sit quietly and shuffle paper.

Be nice! Dylan said some stuff, remember when he told Jason that the myth that Alhamzi didn't have a ticket was proven false? That among other things...and he read a quote off at the end.

I still say the best moment of the entire thing is when Jason looks to Dylan for some numbers and Dylan just gestures to Gravy and his binder.

WTC7 would be a good issue to do an entire show on...

TAM:)

In all seriousness, I agree. WTC7 would be a good topic to give ample time on. Hell, so long as all participants actually debate (not give speeches conveniently at the end), any and all topics are welcome and worth it.

ETA: About Tonicblue, Skepticalcriticalguy and Pagan: best not, as you'd require some sort of counseling afterwards. For Ron and Mark.

That debate, in the loosest possible term, would drive anyone mad.

I think you should throw TruthSeeker into the debate, that would be entertaining.

We've been through the TS1234 televised debate debacle once before. His rules and format were preposterous and it ended up being about him and a book deal. Or something. It's late and I'm fuzzy on the details.

It all happened shortly after he arrived here and IIRC, resulted in his first suspension.

Avery vs. Roberts, one on one, that's what I'd like to see. The loudmouth Bermas is too glib at BSing the time away.

I agree that Avery (the vocal Avery) Vs Mark would be good to see. We're, however, neglecting Ron, our Host for this debate. That is, unless Mark is all for being the host... but I can see tantrums on the Loose Change horizon.

Maybe Ron could just pose the questions to keep the debate rolling, but refrain from speaking thereafter. Thing is, I have tried ignoring troofers that spout absurdities about 9/11 that I meet offline -- its excruciatingly difficult.

You can walk away normally, but on a show like Hardfire, thats not really possible.

Please do it 'Pardon the interuption' style. Have a set list of topics.

Have a minute each. I dont think they will say anything Mark Roberts wont have taken 10 seconds to show as stupid. Though it takes half a minute to stop your brain imploding when someone says half the crap they manage to.

Ensure that bird avery or Bermas shuts up when Mark Roberts is talking.

As for Ace Baker, he is not interested in debate, he is interested in attention.

What about Dylan and Korey Rowe V Mark and Ron? I haven't heard much from Korey at all. He might let Dylan get a word in edgewise and judging by the few comments of his that I have seen, might make Dylan look intelligent.

Can we coax Korey from behind his camera to face the whammy hex of Gravy?
(If someone had told me 12 months ago that I would one day type that sentence...:boggled:)

Actually, the grotesquely misnamed Truthseeker got himself thrown out of a proposed debate because the spectacle he proposed to create would not be entertaining.

Well that's a shame, a debate with him would have been entertaining to be in and to watch, but it probably would have been a waste of time so I guess it was a good choice to cancel those plans.

I'd like to nominate JohnDoeX/Rob Balsamo/Pilots4Truth for the next Hardfire debate. He's been moaning about not wanting to get bogged down posting on forums(I know!!) and wanting to have a "proper" debate. Well, here's your chance Johnny!!

The "pilots" do not respond to questions or debate challenges.
