When the Loose Change forum restarted a month or so ago, I registered with the intent of going over there and trolling. However, I could never bring myself to do it.
Every time I read those boards my head hurts. The place is surreal, it's the Salvador Dali of forums where they use Escher-like logic. I'm waiting for someone to suggest that the World Trade Center Towers never really existed, that they were holographic projections and this was the only way they could finally build on the valuable real estate.
I just feel sorry for most of them. A lot of them just seem to be there for mutual reinforcement. No matter how silly an idea, they will get some support for it there. It's because of these poor deluded people that I couldn't troll.
On the other hand, there are some that are just despicable pseudo-human beings. These include our own Lyte Trip. Ready, willing and able to accuse anyone and everyone of being complicit in mass murder. It just amazes me that these cowards throw around all kinds of accusations that would make McCarthy look like a grade-schooler throwing taunts on the school yard. Yet somehow I doubt too many of them would actually make any of those accusations face to face.
I hope this 9/11 stuff dies down in my lifetime, but I doubt it. I think there are too many people willing to believe such rubbish and the internet makes it to easy to disseminate such drivel.
