It's more likely that that's where a lot of the profits went (up his arm). (Assuming he's guilty.)

"Loose Change" may have given us a lot of lulz over the years, but this is a day when the news is just sad.
 
C'mon guys, don't you think we should cut him some slack? I mean, look at the horrible things that NIST has done! Shyam Sunder stuttered at a presentation - it doesn't get much worse than that!

I think he's been framed because he's such a danger to the secret one-world government. I'm surprised it took them so long to finally get around to dealing with him.

According to a more recent article:

The arrests were made at about 4:50 p.m. on Interstate 88 near westbound Exit 13, with the assistance of Otsego deputies, police said.

Seized during the investigation was $6,400 in cash and an additional 27 packets of heroin found in Marte's possession, police said.

Rowe and Marte were arraigned Friday in Oneonta City Court and sent to the Otsego County jail, police said

I'm sure toofers will claim Marte set Rowe up but would not make sense since he will face a stiffer sentence. If the location correct they weren't very smart, it about 1000 feet from the NY State Police and was the closest on or off ramp

There really aren't too many resident twoofers these days. Most have given up on the fantasy and returned to normal life.
 
Anyone know why there is such a disparity between the amount to be released on cash bail as opposed to a bond?
