clearly, Rowe is suffering from mind control. he was probably implanted with a mind control chip during his time in Afghanistan.

the arrest of Rowe for selling heroin is clear evidence that 9-11 was an inside job.

why else would the authorities target him for obviously trumped up charges?

Hard drugs and 9/11 truth, kind of a chicken and the egg situation. Did he start believing in 9/11 truth because he was a heroin addict, or did he become addicted to heroin to shut out all the nasty facts that were encroaching on his universe.

If i was the judge, just for a laugh i would tell him his charges are being raised 10 fold because what he was found with was " Nano- heroine" , and go on to explain how much more effective it is than real heroin. When he starts freaking out just give him a long raised eyebrow and say " Yeah, that is a pretty stupid ******* idea isn't it?"
 
Now 9-11 Truth will have a whole new fan-base:

The New York State prison population. :)
