Thank you for that re read. It was mentioned and hand-waved away by Alderbank, the talking was too fast I think.

What the...? Are we talking about the occasion on which Alderbank visited flaccon's house, and if so how was a Hare Krishna priest involved? Or does flaccon mean one of the alleged voices discussed on this thread?

Oh, I'm so confused.

Thanks, Jack by the hedge!
What do clouds in Florida have to do entities in Chester?

Where does the message appear in the video, flaccon?

I am completely and utterly lost now. Where did the Hare Krishna priest come in to the story?

The only mystery about that video is why anyone would think the clouds were 'damaged' or in any way unnatural. I suspect that flaccon came across it via the David Icke or a similar forum, noticed the background chatter and interpreted it in the light of her own obsessions.

By the way, you'll have to turn your speakers up to hear the ad. It's at the beginning of the video.

I can find no posts where anyone suggested that's what the man said. Here are the only posts I could find where posters say what they're hearing at this point in the ad:

I feel it's fair to say it's part & parcel of that particular month yes. So ok, we're down to 6 syllables. We et' al still hear 5. The first syllable being "Please.." followed by 4 more syllables. It's a pity you didn't section the message to the Hare Krishna priest that was present here at the time. That clip didn't get a second mention because it was fast.

Great Caesar's Ghost. What the hell are you talking about?

If I recall, Alderbank explained (very briefly) about a youtube clip I'd played to him. As this didn't appear important to the thread at the time, further details weren't necessary. The P.I have the link, and I'd like to know what they make of it. I'd prefer this link to be used in an informal test, where the participants privately write their take without enabling the minds of others. I consider that a fair test.

This is part of the confusion again. The original message mentioned in the thread (nothing to do with a Hare Krishna priest) can be heard between 26 and 37 seconds in.

You want the PI group to listen to a radio ad and write down what they hear the people in the ad saying?

You've learn nothing from all the good advice you've been given here.

That's because you don't seem to know what an actual test is. Which is remarkable considering how clearly people who do know what an actual test is have explained it to you.

You told me you were going to ask "the spirits' if they would agree to pass a message from you to another person, under controlled conditions. You told me you would get back to me on that, but you never did. Why? See, that would be a fair test. When can we get started on that?

Yes, the advert is quite clearly an advert.
flaccon, how did you decide it was directed to you?

I suggest you rethink that, flaccon.
After all the discussion here, anyone at all can read the posts on the subject so I reckon that example is not a fair test at all.

How does a Hare Krishna priest figure in the video clip, flaccon?

So the YouTube clip you played for Alderbank hasn't been featured on the thread, but it somehow involves a Hare Krishna priest. Is this the one you're going to use it as part of an experiment with the PIs?

Flaccon, if you make yourself any more obscure we might as well just forget about the internet and use a ouija board to communicate with you.

That's my guess. This is yet another youtube clip that hasn't been posted here, but which flaccon thinks contains some sort of message from her spirits.

Is this the one you're going to use it as part of an experiment with the PIs?
Sounds like it. They're going to watch/listen to it tomorrow and tell her what, if anything, they see/hear that might be a message. She's hoping it will be the same message she thinks she hears.

FWIW I don't think she's being deliberately obtuse. Her posts are confusing because her thoughts are confused.

I hope f is not in the grip of crooks who are enraptured by her supply of "smashed" diamonds, "scrambled" laptops and her leaky purse...

f, be careful. Don't give away valuables or pay any money*.

* Aside from the $100 bet you might very well owe to LL in this thread.

At this point, wouldn't it be more efficient to identify those few remaining YT clips not containing spirit messages?

Since the spirits are constantly changing the content of digital recordings, both a match and a non-match prove the claim...I guess.

FWIW I don't think she's being deliberately obtuse. Her posts are confusing because her thoughts are confused.
Can't it be both?

flaccon, I have a suggestion. Instead of listening to silent recordings and YouTube videos, take a class in Journalism at the local college. They will teach you how to write in a way that actually conveys information. Imagine the power that ability would lend to your cause!

2. I was not able to contact that Bishop and so travelled home and wrote him a brief letter. He kindly replied and informed me to contact the diocese of Chester. I contacted a local priest first, who suggested I should contact the Bishop myself.

Jan/Feb 014. I contacted the local Bishop (via email) who suggested I seek medical attention. So I contacted the GP and explained that I'd stumbled on a pile of "voices" whilst trying to record the heavy creaks that were running down my walls (one voice being my late Father's voice) He asked if the evidence of this was portable, and offered to hear out what I'd been hearing. We made a second appointment where I took my PC into his surgery.

If I may point out before "incompetence" is pointed out again.. had my GP (of 12 years) ever considered me even slightly cuckoo, he would not have given it a second thought to hand this experience over to psychiatry. I believe a General Practitioner would not ignore, nor treat mental illnesses.

Is this the October 2012 event you previously described or a new event? Thanks.

Followed later, appropriately enough, by "Ghost Riders in the Sky".

No. Simply not true. There was no Hare Krishna priest. It's all fabricated. I reported carefully and accurately what took place.
