Libertarians embarassed at the polls....again

I think it's just an attempt to make liberatarians shut up.

Not hardly.

Just to be precise about it, it is Libertatians, not libertarians that are in question here. As in the party, not the general political philosophy. The two are hardly the same any more than my recent dislike of the Republicans means that I am against the idea of a republican type of government.

Does anyone know how suspected child molestor Jack "The Molestor" Stratton did in North Carolina?

I can't seem to find the results anywhere. Did he do as "well" (0%) as libertarians elsewhere did?

(Phear my 1337 google skillz)

He did much better than Baddie, depending on how you look at it seeing there were 3 votes per person and he was the only 3rd party candidate on the ballot.

(3 way race, so every voter picks three candidates)

Parks Helms (D) 157,874 18%
Wil. Rembert (D) 144,540 16%
Jennifer Roberts (D) 144,409 16%
Andy Dulin (R) 131,870 15%
Dan Ramirez (R) 138,768 15%
Ruth Samuelson (R) 142,423 16%
Jack Stratton (L) 13,321 1%

Precincts Reporting - 191 out of 192 - 99%

I bow before your superior Google skillz. I couldn't find it anywhere.

I guess in the final analysis, people don't much care to vote for a suspected child molestor. And yet, I'm sure shanek, who seems to be increasingly delusional these days, will somehow spin this as a "victory".
