Like I said, this is true, but you are misusing terms. If a contract is for a sale of real property, and you breach, I am enititled to "specific performance" and you have to convey the property. Period. If the contract is for personal property, you can be made to deliver title in certain circumstances, such as if the property is unique.

But that's not what we're talking about! We're talking about my specific person.
