So is this the diabolical plan?

1) Get sex change operation
2) Get access to women's restroom
3) RAPE!

To me that seems so convoluted. Why go through so much trouble to get into the restroom and then rape?

No, according to the people freaking out over it, the plan is:

1) Claim to be a male-to-female transsexual
2) Get access to women's restroom
3) RAPE!

As others have pointed out, this ignores the existence of female-to-male TS and assumes that all men are potential rapists...

Some of the parks at the beach use omni-sex individual potty/changing rooms with one open air washbasin. The rooms are all lockable with full walls, not stalls. So I suspect lots more expensive to build over the common public doorless stalls in many men's rooms.

And there a suit here few years back. Seems a woman who wanted to avoid the line at the women's room during half time went ahead into the men's room to use a stall. One of the men sued. The judge threw it out, saying there was no law against it. I doubt a man could reverse the situation and legally prevail.

When I was in high school I had to clean the girls locker room (spending cash job). I always made sure to announce I was entering it.

Of course there were times they just didn't seem to care. "Coming in to clean the locker room!"

I agree, the whole "guy pretending to be a TV to gain access to something anyone can already gain access to" is an example of argument by urban legend.

I thought asexual in the case of human beings was in reference to sexuality, not gender.
