It's important to note that I think the Democratic leadership does need some changing, for younger members. I wouldn't be opposed to her being replaced, depending entirely on who it was with. The change will do nothing substantial to Republican attacks or their effectiveness unless the person replacing does have some great negatives, or things that the Republican base responds more to such as being gay or black.
