Latest Bigfoot "evidence"

Without getting too technical about this, there are two types of zoom: one using adjustable lenses, and the other being done digitally. Decent cameras with adjustable lenses are well worth zooming so long as there is enough light. Digital zooming, found typically on cheap point-and-shoot cameras, and, I assume, on portable devices such as mobile phones, is just not worth doing. You can achieve exactly the same result afterwards by using photoshop. Digital zooming is merely a form of cropping.

Don't, therefore, make too much of the "didn't zoom" thing, unless the equipment was middle market SLRs or the like, in which case there would be no excuse.

Fair point.
To be honest, I only brought it up on the other thread as the second video was clearly a camcorder of some sort...:)

I disagree, but would really like to know why you see it as a fake.

Okay, let's try to figure out what it is. The setting looks like bottomland hardwoods in the U.S., with a good bit of standing water about. There's a dark, vaguely human-shaped blob that seems to be doing something to or in an apparent tree cavity. The figure stands on two legs and is clearly not a bear, hog, or other indigenous wildlife. It's explanation falls into one of these categories:

* a human not intentionally trying to look like a bigfoot

* a human intentionally trying to look like a bigfoot

* a bigfoot

Now what?

The figure is in water - like a swamp or backwater. It takes a big stick and slaps the water with it. You see the water splash. I think it's a skunk ape hoax.

I thought I saw the camera zoom a little and even heard the motor...

You've had an encounter? Can you describe it? Big feet? Smelled real bad? Was there a tag anywhere on its body that said "Genuine Dyanel™ - Do Not Remove"?

You've misunderstood (I think).

Its the credulous Figbooters I have encountered, not a Figboot itself.

I could never encounter a Figboot, as they are really Figments.

All bar one, the only Figbooters I have ever encountered were online in forums such as this.

The one exception to that, a person who I have met personally, who believes bigfoot is real, also believes that the Apollo missions were faked, that 9/11 was US a false flag operation, that JFK, RFK and MLK were all murdered as part of the same US Government conspiracy, that the US Government has UFOs and grey aliens hidden away at Groom Lake............ can you get where I'm going with this?

You mean besides the obvious?

It's also quite convenient that he stops filming the instant he gets a chance to film the entire body...most likely because the jig would be up if he didn't, lol.

What about all the blob photos taken with devices that were capable of zooming? Are the bigfooters incapable of working out how to zoom?

Bigfoot can hear the zoom. They run away when they hear it.
