Lame Don predictions

Which do you expect to be closer to what we'll get from Lame Don?

I predict that Trump is going to literally crap all over the White House on his way out.

Biden should insist that every inch of the place be steam cleaned before move-in. Crap or no crap, there are probably Trump stains everywhere.

They'll have to do that anyway, given that Trump and all his flunkeys are oozing with the 'rona from every pore. I wouldn't put it past him to cough on keyboards and doorknobs in an attempt to get Biden sick.

When the orange "President" first meets the actual President, my money's on some ear-biting. Literally. I don't think he'll be able to reign in his crazed hate and resentment at being booted out of there for good, and laughed at in the bargain; and the fat cowardly slob is hardly likely to actually throw a punch. So probably a bite off whatever body part happens to be within reach. Biden should get rabies shots before coming anywhere close to the orange whack job.

I think we're all underestimating Trump's gift for self-deception and self-aggrandizement. In a few days he's going to hold a press conference in which he says that, to his great relief, his widespread investigation into electoral fraud has found out all the people, really bad people, they were doing bad things but we caught them, and they won't be able to do any bad things to our election, our system of elections that is the greatest in the world, and the incoming President is thanking him, he's saying Donald, people were saying our elections weren't fair but you, you looked into it, you set it all straight and we have great elections, the best elections now, all thanks to you. Thank you, Donald Trump, saviour of democracy.

Tell me, with a straight face, that he wouldn't.

If his planned attempt to use his supreme court trick to stay in power can't get traction his options are limited. Maybe steal the white house silverware and furniture for two months but other than that what?

Fading away in a depression is quite possible. Even R type allies are putting distances now to try to save thier own skin, its not going to be like it was for him.

Except that they really aren't. There may be a couple of outliers like Romney and Collins but the main body of the GOP are backing him all the way.

Some (most ?) of them are doubtless true believers who simply cannot countenance that Joe Biden could have won the election fair and square and there must be an enormous amount of electoral fraud.

Others are doing this with a long-term view to undermining the election process by sowing Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. This may be useful to them in later elections.

Others are supporting President Trump because they are frightened that they will be primaried by his base and/or will simply fail to draw enough votes at the next election.

The GOP is squarely behind President Trump and IMO will continue to be so until the support of his base is unnecessary. GOP Senators and House members will continue to refer to (and possibly even consider) Joe Biden not to be the legitimate President. They will use this as an excuse to do all kinds of unconstitutional things over the next four years.

  • Refusal to even consider Biden cabinet appointees - how can we do this when Biden isn't the legitimate President ?
  • Refusal to even consider Biden judicial appointees - how can we do this when Biden isn't the legitimate President ?
  • Declare all Executive Orders illegal - how can he issue them when he isn't the legitimate President ?
  • Start impeachment process because there is a usurper in the White House

So, you are the one, who's writing Trump's 'train of thought' speeches?

You missed a few minor details this time, though. But I fixed them above for you.
Wouldn't want to find you in the 'Whitehouse Survivor' thread, just because of a simple missed Sir.
