Canada gave foreign aid to the United States a few years ago when Bush was President and Congress was under republican control. By your logic, Canada supports the aims and objectives of the GOP.

Out here in the real world, that foreign aid Canada sent to the US took the form of a team of search and rescue personnel dispatched to New Orleans after hurricane Katrina and only a simplistic moron would assume that it would constitute and endorsement of either major US party.
