Merged Justice Deparment Drops Case Against M. Flynn

This is not the first time Flynn has spoken out about using the military in support of overturning the election. In a meeting with Trump on Thurs., Dec. 17, 2020:
President Donald Trump reportedly inquired about an idea raised by his former (and now pardoned) national security adviser, Michael Flynn, that the U.S. military be deployed to overturn the results of the presidential election—a claim shot down by his advisors at a meeting where the president appeared to embrace increasingly fringe notions about his election loss.

On Thursday, Flynn said that Trump could deploy the military to swing states he lost to President-elect Joe Biden in order to “rerun” the presidential election.

On a Newsmax appearance, Flynn also said:

“There is no way in the world we are going to be able to move forward as a nation. He could immediately, on his order, seize every single one of these [voting] machines, on his order,” Flynn said, citing Trumpworld’s unhinged conspiracy theory that voting software flipped Trump votes to Biden.

“He could order the, within the swing states, if he wanted to, he could take military capabilities, and he could place those in states and basically rerun an election in each of those states,” he continued, adding: “I mean, it’s not unprecedented. These people are out there talking about martial law like it’s something that we’ve never done. Martial law has been instituted 64 times.”

This was said while Trump was still in office so obviously Flynn wasn't suggesting overthrowing Trump, but he was suggesting using the military to overthrow the election and preventing Biden from taking office. That is still sedition.

I don't remember where I read this but I recall a fellow General commenting on 'Mike Flynn.' He hadn't seen Flynn in a while and then they got back together when Flynn returned from Afghanistan around 2010ish. He said Flynn had changed, no longer the same guy. That he had become somewhat strange and "my kids didn't like him."
