BURLINGAME, Calif. – Flanked by $2.50 gas price campaign signs, Newt Gingrich on Saturday laid out his vision for energy production in America and picked apart the speech President Barack Obama gave on the subject earlier this week.

"We have more than enough energy in the United States that we do not have to rely on foreign countries, but we have an anti-American energy government, an anti-American energy bureaucracy, anti-American energy regulations,” Gingrich told the 500-person crowd at the California Republican Party Convention’s luncheon.

“The long-term answer is Americans producing their own energy,” he said. “We can be the largest oil producer in the world by the end of this decade.”

Well, Obama was reelected and the US actually became the largest oil producer in the world in 2014, 6 years earlier than "the end of this decade". According to the AAA, the national average price at the pump is $1.89. And in a couple gas stations prices have even been lower than $1/gallon (probably a publicity stunt, but still).

I seem to recall there was also a film by Dinesh D'Souza called 2016: Obama's America.

The film warns that should Obama be elected to a second term, the ramifications will be far reaching. It ends by stating, "the future is in your hands."[13]

I suggest that you store your ammunition stockpile alongside your gas stockpile - I can't see anything going wrong with that arrangement and everything you need will be easily to hand when Obama declares the Caliphate

ETA: Maybe it's fear of Trump that's driving the price drop. 'Cause you know he can actually command other countries to abandon pursuing trillions in profits in favor of US political advancement of a single man.

After 7 years of secret planning everything is in place and ready to go. America will start to crumble in early January 2017. Obama's devious plan to have America destroyed by *President Trump* can no longer be stopped.

As for gun-grabbing, he's failed there as well, though not for a lack of trying. He just can't do anything well.
