"Just a moment" glitch defeated?

Windows 11 -- I don't think I've ever seen "Just a Moment", but once every few weeks everything just freezes up and no amount of button-smashing will get it active again. I have to do a hard shutdown (hold the power key for 30 seconds until it shuts off.) then when it comes back I get bluescreen "Something terrible happened!", but I just click Skip This Drive and Continue and it restarts fine.
I think it may be when it's automatically downloading monthly updates in the background but I can't be sure.

The thing I'm talking about was a hang in loading a page. It would just sit there. Happened on all four of my computers. If a site on one computer had it the glitch would be on the others PDQ. I was ready to haul at least one in so the Pros from Dover could show me how it clear it. Hopefully it won't be back.

This moring it was gone. Better.
