"Just a moment" glitch defeated?

First: This a computer related post, not a derail. Please don't impulsively bin it.

The "Just a moment" glitch has been defeated? My computer(s) indicate this is the current state of the issue. Anybody know more? Please p;ost here.

Windows 11 -- I don't think I've ever seen "Just a Moment", but once every few weeks everything just freezes up and no amount of button-smashing will get it active again. I have to do a hard shutdown (hold the power key for 30 seconds until it shuts off.) then when it comes back I get bluescreen "Something terrible happened!", but I just click Skip This Drive and Continue and it restarts fine.
I think it may be when it's automatically downloading monthly updates in the background but I can't be sure.
