June Stundie Nominations

"Ebony and Ivory" was Paul McCartney with Stevie Wonder.

[/nitpick]

D'oh!

Err ... I mean that's what "They" want you to think. Wait until you get promoted to the next NWO level - it turns out that Stevie Wonder is actually Tito Jackson, one of Michael's clones.

Slipping in under the wire with a sure-fire woo nominee: Peter Fraser at remedia-homeopathy.com, for his groundbreaking "research" into the brand spanking new medical arena of (waaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiit for it)...: HOMEOPATHIC ANTIMATTER!!!

"Paracelsus' main contribution to Alchemy was his theory of the threefold nature of things. He referred to these as Salt, Mercury and Sulphur, but they are more commonly seen today, especially in alternative medicine, as Body, Mind, and Spirit.

"The threefold potentiality of Positronium, to become Matter, Antimatter or pure Energy, was reflected in the proving in a threefold expression of symptoms. The number 3 came up in many ways for people during the proving.

"I had the strangest sensation that there was something going on with the number three. I had a dream of three groups of three swans. I felt sure that we had overtaken two or three cars on three occasions, and then they kept appearing in front of us. Just as this happened we passed the A3313. I got really spooked."

Don't just stand there, people! Someone get the Nobel Prize nominating committee on the phone... STAT! :D

Another one from (shudder) Rapture Ready. In a thread about the disapearance of Mark Sanford, cyro wonders

Strange story. Maybe Obama sent his goons because he refused the stimulus money. Why not be home on Father's Day?!

I can think of a reason. So can the thread title. (South Carolina Gov. Admits Being 'Unfaithful' To His Wife).

Of course! It's all so blazingly obvious now, in retrospect! Why, oh why couldn't we all see it before -- ?!? :p

just to be sure I asked Code Black about his post, and he answered that he is serious;

No. Whoever planned 9-11 got their ideas from Hollywood. Seems reasonable.

The guy starts with:
Do you? You use phrases like "epic fail" that make you sound high or something.

Accreditation makes college costs rise even when the market dictates that they drop.

Then the immediate next post is:
It's a trust or a government sanctioned monopoly.
(with the first one quoted in)

And as a clarification..
I didn't want to use the edit button right there and I thought I should quote myself to refer the reader to what I was saying.

So you get the same post twice but with one added line...

In what world does "epic fail" make you sound high?

Nominating psikeyhackr, for woo of exceptional loathsomeness, even for a Twoofer:

"I can easily imagine 100 years from now that 9/11 would be regarded as the most hilarious event in history."

:eye-poppi

I think
61974a4a9e85ec05e.gif
is more appropriate...

I love twoofer logic!

I should have, but frankly... it would have taken a conspiracy not to have it stundied.

The two posts quoted were made consecutively by the nominee and the same page within an hour of each other. He literally shot his own argument down in his very next post.

I think that was "The Girl Is Mine" he did with Paul McCartney.

Also, he would never have spilled the beans, because Michael Jackson wasn't Michael Jackson, either. He was someone else named Michael Jackson who was exactly the same and did all the same things.

I was in Hyde Park on Saturday, and saw Neil Young finish his set with a cover of "A Day in the Life". Paul McCartney came on to duet with him. I'm now worried for Neil's future. . .

I agree, I recall reading about a Moon Landing denier who said there was no gravity on the Moon. That by itself is dumb enough, but the reason they gave for the Moon having no gravity was that since the Moon has no atmosphere, it can't have gravity. The poster could have been a Troll, I guess, but that's not the impression I got. Sometimes it feels like most of the people on the internet can be divided into two categories: pretending to be stupid and actually stupid*. Both groups are sad commentaries on the human race in their own unique ways.

*In the interests of full disclosure I have been guilty of both offenses on this very site:o

One intrepid aol poster of several years ago, following an article about the prevalence of moon landing hoaxes, said we never went to the moon because if we could have gone to the moon we would have gone to the sun, which was about the same distance away. I think you need a 3rd category for her. Beyond stupid, maybe?
