Actually, what's wrong with the last one? It seems to make sense to me. What ticks the writer off is people who insist that they're right, because they're supporting a just cause. Read like that, I tend to agree!

I meant to say - Travis, why won't you name the winner, and include a link to the winning post so we can enjoy it in context?
Rolfe.
You want the context for the winner from May? It should be in the May nomination thread.
Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.
The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : May

Yeah, so I have to find the nomination thread, buried a couple of months by now, then scroll through several pages looking for the relevant entry - OK, I can do this if I want it bad enough, but would it hurt to include the information in the OP?
Rolfe.
OK, got it. Soul Traveller from the David Icke forum, nominated by Mel Odious.

Why not just include the info and make it easy?
That related to the voting. I'm talking about revealing the who, where, when and in what context once the winner is announced.

Actually, the "unpopularity contest" aspect wasn't the primary rationale for removing quote attributions from the Stundie award and finalists. A while back there was some discussion with the mods that even including names in a Stundie finals thread was a borderline violation of the "attack the argument, not the arguer" forum guideline and that the Stundies might have to be discontinued on that ground. This prompted a suggested compromise that names and any attribution, both for the winner and the finalists, be left out altogether.
Of course, the rule does not strictly apply to Stundies which do not originate with forum members, but enough of them did (and still do) that it was felt advisable to apply this standard generally. So long as the winner is not a forum member, however, I don't think including attribution with the award should run afoul of the mods, though Travis might want to check first to make sure.
Hey c'mon, I used a smilie, and everything. I actually like your idea.OK, I'm obviously too stupid to understand that.

FYI - starting Sept 1, all NWO porn will be subscription-based. Sorry I had to go that way.
