Well it is hard to imagine him admiring the Dems or Reps. (I know the Pauls are/were technically R but not really)

Assange's praise seems to be confined to areas of his interest.

Were I Rand or Ron, I'd consider his endorsement a case of "damning with faint praise" at best.

Ron was a Libertarian for a while. Rand ... I'd need to look that up.

I wonder if Assange feels the same way about Paul he does about Alex Jones, the frequent host of the senile Paul's mad rantings. Oooooh the Trilateral commission. Ooooh the CFR.

I wonder if Assange secretly held the same fear as Ron Paul when the latter wondered aloud if Snowden was about to be taken out by drone strike?
