That doesn't follow, of course. "Supreme Gentleman" Elliot Rodger declared a "war on women" complete with manifesto, but when his initial plan to massacre a sorority hall failed due to a locked door, he was forced to resort to shooting whoever happened to be nearby instead, and most of his victims ended up being male.
