We hope to prove this question by the careful application of the technique of the selective quote.

The center of the message is judges need to answer to the Constitution. They need to answer to the law....
Um.
Okay.
We’ll stop there.
Don’t want the atheists on this forum to froth.
Isn’t good for them, you know.

I can do better than that! From the OP article (bolding mine):

There are very specific plans. I mean there's a book they use in the Christian schools as well as the home schooling movement called AMERICA'S PROVIDENTIAL HISTORY, and there's a chapter on Christian economics. And when you read through the book it's clear that what they want-- the federal government essentially will be reduced to carrying out national defense and protecting property rights, and not much else.

I'm an athiest and I managed to read the entire article with minimal frothing.

I just don't understand the urge people have to lump things they like together. They like Christianity, and they like America, therefore the two must go together. What's with that? Can't they like things separately? I like white chocolate, and I like dill pickles, but I wouldn't try to combine them.

That Roy Moore is a real moron. In one sentence he talks about America being about freedom and liberty and in another he laments that "sodomy" is now legal.

For some freedom means the freedom to impose their moral code upon others and force them to live by it. For those who understand what freedom actually is and value it freedom means to not only do as one pleases, but to tolerate others doing as they please with the central rule being don't screw over others in the process.

Moore clearly falls into the former group.

Oops! Contradiction resolved. Watch where you step... :D

How's that for selective quoting?

Now don't you be talking like that about the next Governor of the Great State of Alabama....

Don't laugh. It could happen. Alabama politics is a strange and wonderful thing, surpassed perhaps only by Texas in wierd political happenings. And Da Judge is seriously looking at going after a Conservative Governor who made the mistake of wanting to (Gasp! Shudder!) RAISE TAXES to try and solve budget problems and just maybe pull 'Bama out of the lower forties when it comes to ranking states.

Governor Moore would be a proud addition to a long line of "interesting" Governors Alabama has produced since the carpetbaggers departed in 1876......

Moore's idea of america resembles a puritan New England colony. The government only runs a militia, collects taxes, and promotes a particular religious sect.

That isn't libertarianism, its retardation.
