John Edward appearing in NY area December....arrrrgggghhhhhh.....

According to the site, the seats are $95.50 and $135.00.
But I agree that they are $145 too much.

The $145 I saw at one site advertising tickets, probably that is the $135 ticket level they were selling with their commission tacked on.

Anything over $3.50 is too much  although even that is too much to spend on this fool.

Given that he offered to do a special for families of victims of 9/11 at one point (something that people seem to have completely forgotten and was dropped very quickly by all) I would love to see some picketing by some of those family members for his crass insensitivity at the show, that for me would be quite sweet.

But think how fun it would be if we could get a hostlie crowd for him.

I'm thinking like a pro-wrestling audience full of posterboard signs proclaiming him the "Biggest Douche in the Galaxy" (a la South Park) with chants of "Douche Douche Douche" as he comes out. Then when he starts his act, have the crowd do the Stone Cold "What?" yell in response to everything he says.
I would pay to see that! I want a sign with a douchebag-with-JE's-head-on-it.

You know, if enough skeptics showed up, gave him absolute unholy hell, and then complained about the show, maybe the massive amounts of complaints would push the venue to return the money. Nah...

Why not? There was a class action lawsuit to have Creed return the ticket costs to unhappy fans for a completely crap show.

If course it could be argued that all of their shows should be refunded...

Anyway I don't see how it couldn't aplpy to JE as well.

Nice idea, but somehow I think his lovely disclosure forms and such would prevent anyone from making a claim for refund. Think about it, even when people say no, that they don't recognize something, his response is always for them to think about it, that he is right, they just don't know it yet. The ultimate arrogant pr**k.

The guy is lower than a snake and slipperier than an eel you can be certain no one will ever get money back from him or even hope to make JE worry that someone "might" have a chance to.

Book the theatre the day BEFORE his event, advertise that it is the "Extra John EdwardS Show!", take the rubes' money (they will show up), and then have a JE rip-off proceed to give them a totally skeptic expose of the real JE programme!

That is, beat the crud at his own game.

What's the name of that song in the circus when the clowns get out of the tiny car?

I can start scoring for flaming bags of poo tomorrow. I promise it will be powerful music.

Probably with lyrics explaining the poo in terms of John Edward's act...
Is it the one that goes like this:

Dum dum diddly. Dum dum dum dum,
Dum dum diddly. Dum dum dum dum,
Dum da da da dar, Dum da da da dar,
Dum dar diddly dum dar dar dar dar?
