What is a Stundie? It's a humorous statement that is very wrong. I mean really wrong. Usually these are related to conspiracy theories but could also be about general science and logic. Keep them short and sweet if you can.

Because "hardly moving" is so much like "not moving."

This is a fun thing to play around with.

For a long time, lots of people thought bicycles balanced because the frame sat atop 2 gyroscopes, but if you think about it for a minute, that doesn't make a lot of sense as one can balance on a bike while he or she is hardly moving at all.
Bicycles are actually more like stilt walkers than anything else. It is fun to figure out why that is so and how it is that bicycles balance in this way, circus performer like. There is more to it than just that, a bike's balancing, but the stilt walker thing is a big part of it.

I know, I know, it's almost not fair... Holocaust deniers are also film critics.

These arn't movies but I remember two mini-series that depicted the gas chambers in operation. The 1970's mini-series Holocaust, had a scene in which Euthanasea victims were gassed and later one of the main characters is followed into the chamber until you hear the pellets drop and then it cuts to commercial.

The mini-series War and Rememberance in the late 1980's followed one of characters into the gas chamber and sadly did not cut away in a rather disturbing example of violence porn. Even included his cremation in the ovens.

Please explain how pellets could be or should be heard to drop?

The fundamental point Robrob is that a bicycle is a much more sophisticated , much more complex machine than an airplane or rocket..Once you understand that, you are home free......
