So basically the accusationas are based solely on information provided by Hamas.

How do you know they were civilians? When I was in the Navy, I didn't wear my uniform 24/7. Were I on a plane that crashed on the way to Washington to visit my family, while on vacation, I'd be dead, and listed as "civilian" based on what I usually carried in my wallet.

What do you really know about this fight, parky, and how much to you assume?

The death toll goes always exponential when the war gets to the streets, I don't understand how they didn't see that coming.

My estimate as well. Someone in Israel thinks this operation will change things materially. The advantage to this over Lebanon is, well, Gaza isn't in much of anyone else's country, so this is politically not a replay of Lebaonon 2006. Maybe that's why Israel thinks this will work, whatever "work" means in this context.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Pakistan and India aren't exactly swapping spit, but who cares, eh?
