Is there any legitamite reason to replace Genesis with Evolution?

I don't believe there is, but I believe you fine people will know if there is or isn't.
 
There's evidence for evolution. Genesis is a myth (even the Vactican says so).
 
The vatican also says Genesis and Evolution can be reconciled.....

Yeah, the Vatican says that evolution is compatible with Genesis. They're basically admitting that Genesis shouldn't be taken LITERALLY!!!:hit:

ooooh the vatican says so...now all of us Christians should agree right? Especially us non-catholic one's who think the vatican is more corrupted than the religion they represent.

No, Genesis is a legitimate historical document why should it be removed from the Bible?

Now, on the other hand, it has no science in it and should not be used to teach science.
 
I'm an atheist and even I know, that the catholics have litterally made up new rules and stuff.

Why should they be trusted when they really know that Genesis is just man-made myths.
