He can't help Lisa Chamberlain, or anybody else and he knows it. Lisa knows it.

He's got nowhere to go so telling him what's in store for him is a no risk laying the cards on the table thing.

If your letter to the Canadian Restaurant Association read at all like your rants here, I think it's more likely they took you for a crackpot, than that they thought Menard merited a closer look.

Menard responds on his Facebook page. He calls forum managers to complain. He fills up my e-mail with gay porn.

Despite what you may think letters and e-mails warning organizations about Menard are well received. He's had several efforts shut down by these letters and e-mails, which I write in a matter of fact way.

One of my favorites was when I informed German game company, Real 3Games, that Menard was using their company's name for his phony internet game scam.

There was no need to embellish. . . just the facts. Bobby was asking people to invest in a phony company he had propped up by using Real 3Game's name. My guess is he got a cease and desist letter from Real 3Game's attorneys.

Anyway, Menard stopped his swindle immediately.

In any case, why don't you carry on your dispute via Facebook? Why do you drag this forum into it? Menard's been banned here, but you insist on keeping his memory alive. Why? You're not doing us any favors.

Bobby's banned me from his page.

And he's a dang slow learner.

A couple of days after he got busted for the Real 3Games scam he started up his "Imaginarium Company". The problem is that Imaginarium is a Spanish company that operates a chain of toy stores in the U.S.

But when you think about Freeman valley, the C3PO and the ACCP were all things that sounded good to freemen wannabe's, but, IMHO, Bobby had not intention of putting in place. He was just trolling for gullible investors.

And, the prestige, I want to thank you for cueing me to tell all these things about Bobby. The poor ole boy has told his friends what's going on here and we can hope that a few of them are lurking and saying, "Wait, I didn't know Menard was doing all this scamming!"

You see Bobby has another effort in the wings. What are the odds it's on the level?

No matter. In a couple of weeks Menard will have launched his new venture. . .or not.

if Bobby follows his usual MO there will be a promotional build up. Then the pretense of some activity. Then a quiet withdrawal of all discussion of the matter.

If questioned Bobby will find an excuse. The banks didn't share his vision The government stepped in and ruined it all. arayder meddled.

Whatever.

Investors (buying a case of Mooseheads counts) will be too embarrassed to admit that they kicked in some money.

Bobby pockets the left over funds and moves on to his next "venture".

Hey, there's been more than a few Bobbyphiles over the years who have wised up. Maybe a few of the current Bobbyphiles will read this thread and realize that Bobby will scam them or sell them out to to anyone for the right price.

Bobby, your problem is that people who question Canadian government and love their country nevertheless see you for the grifter you are.

For years you have cheated freeman wannabes out of their hard earned money. You cheated subscribers to the ACCP and the only reason you aren't in jail for doing so is because none of them had the guts to turn you in.

You fled the jurisdiction of the Ontario courts after you got busted for impersonating a peace officer. Then you lied claiming you were, in the process, recognized as a peace officer.

As we speak you are selling bogus legal advice to the gullible. One day you will pay for that the same way you have paid for every scam you ever concocted.

You can't escape justice anymore than you could avoid the withering gaze of your old msn, who saw you for what you are.

Why does this forum have to be the venue for your personal vendetta against Menard? Why do you keep repeating the same cliches? They haven't slowed him down yet. What makes you think that will change? A scientist, having run the experiment and seen the results, would get to work on a new hypothesis. A crackpot like Menard just keeps working the same angle.

And so do you keep working the same angle. But Menard persists. Your work isn't working. I think maybe it's time to try something new. Or give it up entirely, and find a different hobby.
 
Excuse me folks but I just want Menard brought to justice.

That's why I keep the various law societies in Canada informed about his phony legal advice business. That's why as much as possible I keep the Ontario authorities (who still have an active bench warrant out on him) aware of his general whereabouts.

There's nothing retaliatory about this. Bobby's never done anything to me except fill my email inbox up with gay porn.

There's nothing vengeful about this since I am not seeking to harm him in return for an injury caused me. He's never harmed me and can't do so. He can't get it together so as to sue me and he can't do something to me in Ontario when I visit family because he's a wanted man there.

I don't consider Menard to be my enemy. I consider him to be a con man who prays on the gullible.

And for the record Bobby has been "slowed down" several times in the past and his "freeman business" is not nearly what it was just a few years ago. I would not be concerned about him now were he not actively attempting to revive his phony legal advice business.
 
Right on cue Bobby tells what the next project he bragged about to Beth Martens is. He's going to become some sort of freeman law professor and misinform gullible people and con them about how they can avoid the rule of law.

I figure he's going for $800 to $1,000 a pop.

Potential clients should be reminded that there is no documents case of Menard making his theories work for him or anyone else.

On the other hand he has ruined countless gullibles.
