Could this end his career in alternative medicine, could he go out of business? Or maybe he'll claim Big Pharma infiltrated the manufacturing facility for his "Power Meal" and added the dangerously high amount of vitamin D to poison his customers and destroy his reputation? He's never been known to shy away from conspiracy theories, especially when it comes to Big Pharma.

The guy may be a quack and a fraud, but if the claims he is making in the lawsuit are true, he probably deserves to be compensated.

Nah. Dietary supplement buyers are not affected by reality. This won't have much impact to his customer base. Gary Trudeau did time in prison for fraud. Peter Popoff was exposed using a radio on television.

Why would Null's career be negatively affected by all this is free publicity?

couldn't prove it, but i'd be suspicious that he's claiming to be a victim of his own "medicine" to prevent his clients from suing him
