Is Cheese a Drug?

Cheese is a drug for me--it makes me hyperactive. Used to annoy my mates by going clubbing armed with a 40p carton of cream, when they'd been handing over wodges for dodgy pills from dodgy geezers!

You're not taking Nardil (phenelzine), are you? (Of course, you'd be likely having more than just weird dreams as a reaction.)

Just curious.

TACOS !!!

I stopped listening to the news report the other day when they said the study found cheese as addictive as heroin/morphine.

Sure.

About everything we eat or drink is a drug. A big glass of pure water before bed will help me fall asleep (but then I have to get up in a while, so it's not really worth it). And I don't know what they put in coffee, but it keeps me up at night.

My DARE officer told us (so often that his exact words are indelibly etched into my brain) that
"A drug...." (pauses so students can write notes) "is anything ... that affects..." (pause) ".. .the way ... the mind ... or body works."

Chocolate: drug
Exercise: drug
Skepticism: drug

DARE...to keep kids off the JREF forum...

Even worse is it's far more potent, far more addictive form found on the street.....Cheesecake!

Oh man, now I've got the itch bad....I never should have looked in this thread. I'll be back, I've got to go score.

My goodness, I had no idea so many people share my secret shame. I think there is an opening here for Cheese Anonymous.

My name is Nucular, and I... eat cheese. There, I said it.

I was going to make a joke. Instead...

Every word you just wrote, applies to me as well...100%.

In fact an hour ago I made a tortilla loaded with cheese. Damn the evil cheese. Oh crap, I'm in California!

Doomed...DOOMED!

No, but it means you are seriously effed up.

I don't like cheese. I always get cut when I pick up the sharp cheddar at the store. :(
