If things played out even remotely as put forth in that article, it was clearly not the Republican's finest hour.
The only reason Republicans in Congress even show up to work is to piss and moan about Obama, and vote against whatever - WHATEVER - the Dems are trying to pass, regardless of issue.
Obama and the Democrats could attempt to pass a bill making Abortion illegal, cracking down on immigration (illegal or otherwise) and allowing firearms with no restrictions, and Republicans would vote against it simply because it was presented by a person with a "D" after his/her name.
It's childish.
