IPod Touch 3G 8gb features of IOS 4.3?

I have a IPod Touch 3G 8gb. I saw the new update for 4.3 and I was wondering, What features are actually on the type of IPod I have.

I have one of those, and the biggest thing that happened recently (was it 4.1 or 4.2?) was that they finally enabled streaming directly to AirTunes over wifi. Nice, now I don't need to worry about cables in day-to-day use.

Now, if only iTunes wouldn't keep losing sight of my podcasts so they could be easily deleted, I'd be happy.
