I usually stay out of these threads as 'truthers' make me feel icky but I couldn't help a little friendly linguistic nit-pick. I think you meant to say Peggy's anger is palpable. Pallatable would be to say you could eat her anger as opposed to feeling it very vividly.

Thank you. The word I was looking for was one to express that you could almost taste here anger, but Palatable does not seem to indicate that either, so palpable, meaning you could almost feel it physically, will have to do.

according to Dictionary, Pallatable would mean here anger was tasty, or delicious, which it was not...lol

Ho ho! Touche! And now I understand pallatable better, thanks to you. If you do find an appropriate adjective I'd love to hear it. I thought of acrid but that's not quite right either.
