It seems that you are emotionally incapable of dealing with the slightest criticism against your arguments, so you have to rationalize said criticism as viscerally driven personal attacks by people who are intimidated by your righteousness and your expansive lexicon. The problem with self-crucifixion is that you can just never get that last nail in.

I'll bet there are Christian forums where multiple members would defend atheists from such libelous generalizations. I personally have Christian friends who know that such a claim is false, and would, I'm certain, voice their disagreement if they encountered such bigotry.

Yet again you argue against a point that no one has made. I never claimed that religious beliefs are rational. There's a reason I compared them to belief in Santa Clause.

Schizophrenics can't do that - they can't self-examine their schizophrenia and decide to stop being schizophrenic. Schizophrenia isn't something they learn from their parents and social group. Santa Clause, however, is. All supernatural beliefs are irrational. Christian and other apologists and casuists keep telling us that infinity is a nonsense concept that is not in reality.

Of course they do this in the context of trying to cobble together coherent apologetics and sophistry for their gods.

As is usually the case with apologetics... ironically and risibly... the very apologists who keep harping on how infinity is nonsense in order to "prove" their gods... turn around and start brandishing infinity when it comes to denying indeterminism in order to keep their gods in the game

The concept of indeterminism threatens the coherence of any god concepts.... "god does not play dice".

So what to do?

Deny randomness and indeterminism.
