Indiana's Fall Backwards

I'd bet kids in Indiana are far better educated than Illinois kids are. Hell in Chicago 40% don't even graduate high school, and the ones that do can barely spell their own names correctly. But it must be paradise, because we don't have vouchers!

Graduation rates aren't the same as education level. It's easy to graduate more students if you lower the standards. Like I said, Chicago high school graduates aren't particularly impressive - only 6% of Chicago high school freshmen go on to get a bachelor's degree.
