Won't work. Yeah, I'm glad to see the sixth black senator in US history, but, uh, no, it won't help Blago.

With that said, it *may* help him among his inevitable juror pool, which will probably be assembled from people in Chicago. And I won't assume that blacks in Chicago are particularly ignorant, but rather that all politics are local.

Obviously the replacement has to be a black male, and New York is desperately seeking a white female. Don't accuse the democrats of profiling though. It just is.
