I shot seven Christians.

I "team" with those of my choosing.

I damned sure don't "team" with those of this forum.

Membership and "teaming" are certainly two very different definitions.

You have chosen to be a member of this forum, therefore you have chosen to be be teamed with many, many people that do not "love the Lord".

I agreed to be a member. I try (with many failings) to live up to my membership agreement.

I've been disciplined by the staff, and with good cause. I have not whined about it.

However, I team with those who I choose. And I team with damned few.

I guess I got spoiled young. I've been on some damned good teams.........

And, BTW, "Love the Lord" has nothing to do with who I team with...........

Well I consider about 9000 more then a "damned few" although according the RCC of course most of us are "damned". :)

Must be why you are here - you recognised another good team and decided to join even though many don't "love the Lord".

And, BTW, "Love the Lord" has nothing to do with who I team with...........

Fine if those words aren't anything to do with you then of course quoting them to you and your choice to be on a team that does not "love the Lord" has no relevance - I had just assumed they would mean something to you since I got then from the book that this team seems to hold great store by. :p ;)

The "I" count is pretty high here. :)

No way. If you're "damned", it's because that's what you choose.

You know my position. I'm one steeped in sin, and who chooses life.
And that has nothing to do with "teaming."

Not at all. I recognized a good game.

And I'm disappointed. My high school sophmore football coach would yell at me that I'm not hitting hard enough.

Nothing but pansies around this field.

Okay, you lost me there.

Come again, please.

How wrong you were.

At any rate, if you're so weak that "a couple hours of detention" impressed you, you don't matter, anyway.

You let "a couple of hours of detention" whip your ass?

(sorry to jump in for Mark here)
I re-read his posts, and didn't see where he said it whipped his ass or impressed him. He merely described it as his punishment and wondered why he was being punished if what he was doing (in his mind at the time) was right.

You do an awful lot of tough-guy, grandstanding on this board. Just an observation.

That's not how I read it.

Noted.

Always Look on the Bright Side of Life

Everyone: Sing along, clap, and whistle along. If you're tied-up - wiggle your hands and feet.

Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle

And this'll help things turn out for the best...
And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...

If life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing.
When you're feeling in the dumps
Don't be silly chumps

Just purse your lips and whistle - that's the thing.
And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...

For life is quite absurd
And death's the final word
You must always face the curtain with a bow.
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin

Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.
So always look on the bright side of death
Just before you draw your terminal breath

Life's a piece of *****
When you look at it
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true.
You'll see it's all a show
Keep 'em laughing as you go

Just remember that the last laugh is on you.
And always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the right side of life...
(Come on guys, cheer up!)
Always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the bright side of life...
(Worse things happen at sea, you know.)
Always look on the bright side of life...
(I mean - what have you got to lose?)
(You know, you come from nothing - you're going back to nothing.
What have you lost? Nothing!)
Always look on the right side of life...

:) Thank you very much! That's an outstanding "quote"!

Have you seen Monty Python's Life of Brian? That's where the song and photo are from. It's more a commentary on human nature. That's how I took it, anyway.

I'm with Starrman here, you do seem to do a lot of tough guy grandstanding on this board, Huntster. You also seem to leave your comments slightly ambiguous so that several meanings may be taken from them.

I prefer to speak plainly. Tell me about your religious belief, please. Counter the stereotypes I have seemingly alluded to in my opening post.

Go on, take your opinions out for a spin. Let's have a look. :jaw-dropp
