Parole is supposed to be for those prisoners who obeyed the rules while in prison.

I agree, which makes the parole board's unanimous vote for parole all the more perplexing. Oddly, they are not all that excited to come forth and discuss this incident.

While I am not sure what to make of Huckabee's position in this mess he certainly is not alone in responsibility.
