How was the Universe created?

Science has evolved now to the point where we can say with a great degree of confidence that the Universe was created by government contractors. If you'll notice, the Universe is over 10 billion years old and still isn't finished. Also the laws of the universe are very difficult to understand. In fact, no one on earth has even been able to discover them all, much less come to terms with what they mean. Seems fairly straight forward to me.

Absolutely brilliant :D

My take on universe creation:

I agree, BRILLIANT! "Bang!" or "Love" God yelled with a megaphone thru a black hole and then POOF! 8-10 Bil years later a bunch of Apes are sittin here arguing about whether he/she exists or not. WOW I know he has a sence of humor now! science, creationism (misinterpreatations), culture and religions can not prove or disprove the existance of a Deity. I just hope eveyone keeps their minds open. There may be many universes all dancing along! To the eternal tune of LOVE!

well, I can hope can't i?

Every answer is wrong, and will be always wrong. We delimitate "the universe" in relation to our senses and the thinking process that derives from our biology. Pathetic little humans, or was it poor little poets?
Very Good! I like humility!

No, it was "keep your hands off me you stinking apes"!

ohh, wait, was that the ten commandments movie...!

I forget~ LOL!

Ohh boy I am a pathetic little human!

The universe didn't start. To speak of the universe having a begining implies that it exists within time, but since space-time is the universe, this makes no sense, since it is actually time that exists within the universe. Asking what was before the universe is exactly the same as asking what is north of the north pole, it is simply meaningless. Since we can't say when it was created or what it was created from, the question of how can never even be asked, let alone answered.

The universe just seemed to create itself.

Or it existed forever (would love to see the explanation how that is possible).

You say God exists outside of time and therefore doesn't need to begin. Fine.

What if I say that there are laws of nature that create time and space? What if these laws exist outside of time?

Why are YOU allowed to arbitrarily poof something into being while I am not?

Thank you.

Those with whom I have argued in other threads may understand that I appreciate this statement.

I created the universe, so I already know the answer.

And no. I am not telling.

A completely detailed Darwinian account, of how the universe came to be? You need to get a raging clue.

Obviosuly not in the sense of biology, of course, but in the general sense of how did it evolve.

But you are still welcome to give a compleyely detailed Darwinian account of any biological thing. Maybe I could get a clue by you clueing me in on some of these accounts?

I agree. Perhaps what we mean is - how was the universe constructed?

Very well put! This is the bit people can't understand, which in itself is understandable - it's a very difficult concept, nothing.
