Clue for the clueless:
Around 3 million Vietnamese died in the Vietnam war. That is not the same thing as saying we killed 3 million Vietnamese. The majority were killed by other Vietnamese.

I love it. I saw endless photos in China Reconstructs of magnificent chinese soldiers standing on top of lovely green Chinese tanks, waving semaphore flags to each other on the way to entering Vietnam. I think they got a shock when the first Vietnamese ( russian supplied) radar guided anti tank missile hit them.
Vietnam's General Giap is one of the world's greatest generals. He invented the "Golden Lotus' tank movement for invading Cambodia from four directions and had the Khmer Rouge hiding in the jungle rather than another town, in weeks. He knew what he was doing. He should have been lecturing at Sandhurst or West Point to us "losers" after the war.
