The official word is that any link to al Qaeda is based on weak intel.

That's because "Obama is a traitor and needs to be impeached!" isn't a conclusion they're drawing from the evidence, it's a goal that they're attempting to shore up support for.

Fact is, there are lots of radical Muslim groups in the Mideast, and not all of them have ties to Al Qaida.
