Seems to me that either you are for allowing elections to be rigged, or you are against is. You can't be for a little bit of election rigging as long as it's my side that's doing it and still claim to be in the gray.

I do have a question I'd like to ask (my apologies if I am being redundant and you have already answered this previously--I don't recall seeing it):

This is directed to the people who are strongly condemning/warning against/whatever you wish to call it a Sanders primary win. Segnosaur and dudalb, for example (based on what I have seen).

If Sanders wins the primary, will you vote for him in the general?

House Investigation - Hey WH, we want these witnesses to testify, send them over.

WH Lawyers - Your investigation is a sham, we won't allow the witnesses you want to testify because you're not the Senate conducting a trial!

House Investigation - Fine, we don't have 2 years to get this to SCotUS, let's go to the Senate.

Senate Trial - Okay, we're here. Send us the witnesses.

WH Lawyers - Oh, it's too late to ask for the witnesses now, you should have done that back during the House Investigation, it's not the Senate's job to make up for the House's lack of getting witnesses.

I have long said that those that are most vocal about their 2nd Amendments Rights because "The Government might becomes a Tyranny" are the most likely to end up being supporters of that Tyrannical Government.

Anti-Gun Regulation supporters often claim that the Nazi Party disarmed Germany before taking over. It's not true. In fact Germany had quite strict gun control pre-Nazi, and what the Nazi's did was to tighten gun regulations on those that they deemed to be unsavoury persons (Jews, Communists) all while removing gun regulations on their own supporters and those that they deemed would be on their side, thus arming their own side while removing weapons from the other side.

In the US you are seeing the same thing, though ironically it is being done by the "unsavouries" themselves. Democrats and their supporters are fighting for gun controls and making it harder for themselves to own weapons, while Republicans are making it easier for themselves to own and carry weapons. As a result, along with a number of other things, such as the Right regularly restricting rights of those that they deem to be unsavoury (gays, trans, minorities, non-Christians) and that they are becoming a minority themselves, it has been clear for a while that any movement towards a Tyranny would come from the Right with the Republicans, the Alt-Right, and others on the right all cheering it on in the belief that such a Tyranny would give them what they have always wanted without regard for what it would truly mean for the country.

Not to fangirl out on this too much, but the stupid Dems are still suing to get testimony from White House witnesses. The DOJ lawyers say Congress cannot compel officials to speak due to executive privilege. A judge asked what remedy is available to Congress, and the DOJ answered, "Impeachment."

They can't get the witnesses, so they have to try to remove the president, but they can't get rid of the president because they don't have witnesses. That's some catch, that catch-22. It's the best catch there is.

On top of it all Lamar Alexander apparently speaks for many when he says he believes Trump's pressure campaign against Ukraine was intended to take out a political rival, not root out corruption, therefore witnesses are unnecessary. And, by the way, the so is removal.
