Homeopathy: Where on earth did this go?

Back in 2004, Randi mentioned what at the time sounded like rather an exciting project:

This protocol is interesting in that the homeopaths themselves will make the decisions on whether or not their patients received the "real" homeopathic substance, or the control substance. This will be a prolonged, thorough, series, with a very adequate database and a totally double-blind setup, done on an international scale.

Well, I stayed about half-tuned, and never did come across any mention of this proposed large-scale investigation ever again. Did I miss a memo?

I've tried searching on it, but the necessary search strings are so general.

Does anybody know what this turned into?
